Long Beach Fire Department tests out new equipment

LONG BEACH, Miss. (WXXV)- The Long Beach Fire Department spent the weekend testing out new cutting blades.

The C Shift welcomed Diablo Blades on Saturday and received hands-on training to see how the tools perform in real situations.

The fire department says they always appreciate opportunities like this to learn about new equipment.

They add the new equipment can help serve the community more safely and efficiently.
