Coast Transit Authority and Mississippi Aquarium celebrating Earth Day
GULFPORT, Miss. (WXXV)- Coast Transit Authority is teaming up with the Mississippi Aquarium to celebrate Earth Day with a free, family friendly event on the Gulf Coast.
The celebration is set for Wednesday, April 22 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the plaza between the Gulfport Transit Hub and the Mississippi Aquarium.
The event is designed to help the community learn more about sustainability while enjoying a day of hands-on activities.
Free trolley rides will be running every 15 minutes between the aquarium and transit center, with stops at Jones Park and Ship Island Excursions.
