Construction continues on Dubard School for Language Disorder at Gulf Park campus

LONG BEACH, Miss. (WXXV)- The Southern Miss Dubard School for Language Disorders released new details Wednesday on the progress of its new facility at the Gulf Park campus in Long Beach.

Walls and roofing for the Kelly Gene Cook Sr. Hall are now up, nearly a year after the university broke ground on the facility.

Once complete, the building will allow the Dubard School to expand beyond its main Hattiesburg campus to serve South Mississippi kids with language disorders.

It will also feature specialized classrooms, therapy, and observation rooms.
