Pentecostals of the Gulf Coast hosts “The Promise” as part of Easter weekend
BILOXI, Miss. (WXXV) — One Coast church is looking to spread the story of the Easter holiday through a major production.
Pentecostals of the Gulf Coast has spent three months preparing for its performance of “The Promise,” with church members of all ages taking part in the play. The group hosted its opening night of the performance on Friday at its Popps Ferry Road sanctuary.
“The Promise” is in its fourth year at PGC, and it follows the Biblical story of Easter. The event is open to the public, with more performances set for Saturday at 6 p.m. and Sunday at 11 a.m.
