Popp’s Ferry Bridge closed to marine traffic

BILOXI, Miss. (WXXV)- The City of Biloxi is sharing Popp’s Ferry Bridge will be closed to marine traffic today.

That closure went into effect at 8 a.m. and is expected to last until 2 p.m.

City officials say the closure could go on longer than what is listed.

Crews are working on the bridge’s generator and the draw will be down so cars can continue normally.
