Dogs competing at the Crawfish Cluster Dog Show in Harrison County

HARRISON COUNTY, Miss. (WXXV)- Dogs of all shapes and sizes are taking over the Coast at the Harrison County Fairgrounds for a weekend full of friendly competition.

The Crawfish Cluster Dog Show kicked off Thursday and more than 500 dogs and their owners are at the fairgrounds competing for top titles, including best in show.

This year, three newly eligible breeds are making their debut in this show.

This show is open to the public. If you head out, you have the chance to also enjoy food trucks, vendors, and a fast-paced K9 competition featuring law enforcement and military dogs.

The event continues through Sunday with more opportunities for the public to join in on the fun with free admission.
