George County Sheriff’s Office welcomes new deputies
GEORGE COUNTY, Miss. (WXXV)- The George County Sheriff’s Office welcomes two new deputies.
Deputies Austin Livingston and Charlie Bennett graduated from the Southern Regional Public Safety Institute.
The sheriff’s office says through their training, deputies undergo extensive instruction in areas like criminal law, patrol procedures, firearms proficiency, and much more.
They are also trained to handle real-world scenarios with professionalism, sound judgement, and a commitment to public safety.
