Two people arrested on multiple drug charges in Biloxi

BILOXI, Miss. (WXXV)-A Biloxi man and woman are now behind bars on a list of drug trafficking and possession charges.

Julian Diaz and Courtney Dudley were arrested Monday night after Biloxi police conducted a search warrant at a home on Eagle Eyrie Drive.

Some of the drugs recovered include marijuana, synthetic marijuana, and psilocin.

Diaz faces six charges in this case, along with a parole violation, while Dudley faces two trafficking and possession charges.

Diaz’s charges include:

• Trafficking Controlled Substance – Marijuana
• Trafficking Controlled Substance – Spice
• Possession of Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver – Alprazolam
• Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver – Psilocin
• Possession of a Firearm by Convicted Felon
• Sale of Controlled Substance – Marijuana
• Parole Violation

Dudley’s charges include:

• Trafficking of a Controlled Substance – Marijuana
• Trafficking of a Controlled Substance – Spice
• Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver Psilocin and Alprazolam
