Bridge/ road closure in Jackson County begins
JACKSON COUNTY, Miss. (WXXV)- Drivers in the Vancleave area should be aware of a bridge closure that began Monday.
John Smith Road from Jim’s Place and La Rue Road will be closed through mid-April as two bridges on that stretch of road undergo repairs.
Jackson County roads crews say residents north of the bridges should use La Rue Road as a detour route, while residents south of the bridges should use Jim Ramsey Road.
