Biloxi Shuckers announce new and improved food items for 2026 season

The Biloxi Shuckers are adding elaborate and creative items to their food menu for their upcoming 2026 season. The organization invited media and staff members to taste the magic and it did not disappoint.

New items include Orange Chicken with Fried Rice, BBQ Smothered Peach Pork Chops with Loaded Potato Salad, Jambalaya, the Biloxi Bayou Bomber (a new specialty burger), the Biloxi Blazin chicken sandwich, a BBQ creation which includes a Waffle Cone loaded with Mac n’ Cheese and topped with Pulled Pork and a BBQ drizzle, and the Big Chief Queso Crunch (a new specialty hot dog).
