Tree planting day at Brickyard Bayou Park in Gulfport
GULFPORT, Miss. (WXXV)- The City of Gulfport and the Green Infrastructure Center are hosting a tree planting day on Thursday.
Volunteers will help plant trees at Brickyard Bayou Park. Those interested can head out at 8:30 Thursday morning to register. Training will take place at 9.
From 9:30 to 4, volunteers will be out helping make the city a little greener.
