Harrison Central girls basketball falls to Starkville in 2026 MHSAA 7A State Championship

JACKSON, Miss. (WXXV) — Harrison Central’s big season came to an end in the MHSAA 7A State Championship on Friday night, as the Red Rebelettes fell to Starkville by a score of 39-22.

Saniyah Murray was named the team’s BSN Scholar Athlete.

The Red Rebelettes end the year with a 27-6 record and will return most team members heading into next season.
