Pascagoula’s massive fourth period over Jim Hill takes them to the Big House for the 3rd consecutive year!
Marvin R. White Coliseum at Pearl River Community College was the place to be Wednesday Night as the Pascagoula Panthers took on the Jim Hill Tigers for the Class 6A Quarterfinals. The Panthers came into the game 24-6 while the Tigers were 25-6.
It was an intense battle the entire duration of the game with the Panthers leading by one at half and trailed by two after three. Pascagoula came alive in the fourth quarter, scoring 26 points and only allowing 10. The Panthers punched their ticket to the big house for the 3rd consecutive year after defeating Jim Hill 74-60. Mr. Basketball Blake Nettles was the leading scorer with 27 points.
Pascagoula will now play Monday afternoon at 1:30 at Mississippi Coliseum against Callaway.
