Progress continues on Songwriters Performing Arts Center in Gautier

GAUTIER, Miss. (WXXV)- Work on the new Songwriters Performing Arts Center in Gautier is progressing.

Pictures of the facility released on Thursday show most of the exterior walls already up. Once complete, the facility will house museum exhibits showcasing Mississippi’s rich musical legacy, as well as recording space for artists, learning spaces for songwriters, and community members, and more.

Work is expected to wrap this fall.
