1/30 – Bitterly cold weekend ahead

Tonight will be cold and breezy, with clearing skies, lows in the upper teens and low 20s, and wind chills in the teens to single digits. Make sure to allow faucets to drip overnight and make sure pets have a spot indoors or have added warmth and insulation in an outside shelter.
Saturday stays sunny but chilly and windy, with highs in the mid 30s, then Saturday night drops back into the low 20s and upper teens once again.
Sunday warms slightly with sunshine and highs in the mid 40s, though early morning frost is possible. Monday and Tuesday bring milder conditions, with highs in the mid-50s on Monday and mid-60s on Tuesday, before a chance of showers late Tuesday into Wednesday, including possible thunderstorms Wednesday afternoon.
The week ends with sunnier, and slightly cooler weather on Thursday and Friday, with overnight lows dipping back into the 30s and frost possible.
