City of Hattiesburg unveils another mural
HATTIESBURG, Miss. (WXXV)- The City of Hattiesburg is one step closer to their 100 mural goal.
Mural 69 was unveiled on Wednesday created by Mississippi artist Gavin Bird. This creation is titled ‘We only come out at Night.’
The mural is located just off the Longleaf Trace on 4th Street and features nocturnal wildlife native to the state like the great horned owl, red fox, nighthawk, and raccoons.
The creation boasts an amazing 99 feet, making it one of the longest painted walls in the city.
