Community invited to chat with new Moss Point police chief

MOSS POINT, Miss. (WXXV)- The Moss Point Police Department is inviting the community for a chat with the chief.

Chief Dennis Stevenson invites everyone to the police department on February 26 for an open and honest dialogue between the department and citizens.

The focus is bridging the gap between law enforcement and the community, developing effective lines of communications as well as listening to any concerns.

The meeting is from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on February 26.
