Pascagoula police warn of active warrant scam
PASCAGOULA, Miss. (WXXV)- Pascagoula police are making the public aware of a scam going around right now across the city.
Scammers are sending texts and emails, claiming to be law enforcement, saying that there is a warrant out for the arrest of the people they contact, sometimes in the form of a document.
The number the scammers are using is 501-381-8593.
If you get one of these texts or emails, report it to Pascagoula police.
