Fourth death confirmed due to weather-related impacts in Mississippi
More information continues to come in regarding damage reports from the winter storm.
The death toll from weather related impacts has risen to four state wide, two injuries have also been confirmed.
MEMA has received reports of 92 homes, three business, and seven farms damaged statewide.
Power restoration continues with 143,700 outages still reported across the state. MDOT continues to clear roads.
MEMA is filling requests from 37 counties for generators, tarps, MREs, bottled water, cots, blankets, and fuel.
The state is working with the National Guard and FEMA to set up fuel distribution network for generators.
