Kaden Irving expected to contribute big for UNO Baseball program

We’re less than a month away from college baseball and one coast alum is set to make a huge impact on his new team! Gautier and Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College baseball alum Kaden Irving is expected to play an instrumental role for the New Orleans Privoteer baseball program this upcoming season. He’s posted as a utility player, previously playing both first and third for Gulf Coast the past two seasons.

Last year he was a First Team All Conference Selection with a .350 batting average, 12 homeruns, and 51 RBI’s.

At the GNO QB Club Baseball Bash, the UNO Baseball General Manager Johnny Giavotella spoke of his excitement to have Irving on board.

Irving and the Privateers will kick off their 2026 campaign at Georgia State on February 13th with a 3pm first pitch. Best of luck to the New Orleans ball club!
