Spend summer 2026 learning at the University of Southern Mississippi’s Gulf Coast Research Lab summer field program.

From shark biology and marine mammals to conservation and oceanography, this program gives students hands on field experience alongside expert scientists on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

It’s a great way to get field and lab experience with specialized marine courses and real-world coastal research in Ocean Springs.
