Suspect in Teenager’s Burning Death to be Extradited to Mississippi

A man accused of the burning death of a North Mississippi teenager will be heading back to the state, after pleading guilty in Louisiana to a theft charge related to the death of another woman.
Quinton Tellis made the plea in Monroe to one count of illegally using a debit card of a woman found stabbed to death in the Louisiana city.
Tellis waived his extradition rights to Mississippi, where he will face first-degree murder charges for the death of Jessica Chambers.
