Gulfport Biloxi International Airport opening new fleet maintenance facility

GULFPORT, Miss. (WXXV)-The Gulfport Biloxi International Airport is officially opening its new fleet maintenance facility on Tuesday.

The airport broke ground on the building in July 2024. The facility brings the airport’s maintenance operations under one roof and closer to the terminal.

It will also replace an aging building that can no longer accommodate the airport’s growing needs.

The $3.24 million project was funded by the Restore Act.
