Christmas by the River rescheduled in Moss Point
MOSS POINT, Miss. (WXXV)- The City of Moss Point rescheduled their Christmas by the River event.
Originally set for this weekend, inclement weather is the cause of the postponement with city officials saying safety is the top priority.
The new date is December 13, just one week later.
The schedule remains the same as well, with vendors being available starting at noon.
The parade rolls through the city at 3 while the festival starts at 4.
The tree lighting, boat parade, and fireworks happen starting at 6:15.
