Saints Report: Black and Gold fall out of playoff contention with 21-17 loss to Miami Dolphins

MIAMI, Florida (WXXV) — The New Orleans Saints have been doing plenty of soul-searching over the past few weeks — with big trades, a new starting quarterback, and several veteran players let go — but things continue to trend in the wrong direction.

The Black and Gold are now 2-and-10 on the season following a 21-17 loss to the Miami Dolphins on Sunday. With the loss, the Saints have been eliminated from playoff contention.
