Governor Tate Reeves releases Fiscal Year 2027 executive budget recommendation

Governor Tate Reeves is looking ahead to the state’s budgeting process for fiscal year 2027.

Reeves released his 2027 Executive Budget Recommendation Friday, an agenda focused on continued education growth, funding workforce development efforts, and improving mental health outcomes through new initiatives.

In a statement, Governor Reeves says the state continues its momentum on many levels and that the state’s continued growth is his top priority for fiscal year 2027.
