The Adventurer’s Tavern combines gaming, food, and fantasy in Biloxi

BILOXI, Miss. (WXXV) — The Adventurer’s Tavern on Pass Road will soon offer a place for gamers to gather, meet new friends, and grab a late night bite.

Over the last year and a half, retired firefighter, Chad Leitenberger, his fiancé, April, and daughter, Shanice, along with a group of their friends, have worked tirelessly to create a space for gamers, sci-fi lovers, and fantasy enthusiasts. And on November 7, their doors will officially open to the public.

The space not only serves as a place to gather and play board games like Catan, role-playing games like Dungeons and Dragons, or video games on one of their PlayStations – the new business also has a full bar and serves food from open until their 2 a.m. close each day.

The tavern will serve up some unique food and drinks like their gourmet PB&J’s and Goblin’s Blood cocktail. But, Leitenberger says that what you see now is not the complete project. They are also hoping to start crafting their very own beer in the near future and create private gaming rooms that customers can rent for a more private experience.

Lips are sealed when it comes to what’s planned for the tavern’s grand opening, but they say its going to be worth the wait.

The grand opening will be on Nov. 7 from 3 p.m. to 2 a.m. For more information on yearly memberships at The Adventurer’s Tavern, and everything they offer, click here.
