They say scammers will often use high-pressure tactics to create a sense of urgency.

They’ll ask for unusual payment methods that includes gift cards or cryptocurrency.

Also be on the lookout for poor grammar, spelling errors, or unusual email addresses.

If you spot any of these warning signs, take a moment and determine if it is a legitimate email.
