10/21 – Dry Cold Front Tonight and Beautiful Days Ahead
Meteorologist Sam Lucey has a look at your extended forecast
Tonight will be partly cloudy and mild, with lows dipping into the low 60s. A light north breeze moves in overnight as a weak front slides through. Wednesday brings more sunshine by the afternoon, with highs near 79 and a light north wind keeping things pretty mild.
Clear skies and comfortable mornings stick around through Thursday — expect lows in the 50s and highs right around 80 degrees. By Friday, we’ll see a bit more warmth and humidity creeping back in, with highs in the low 80s under mostly sunny skies.
The weekend forecast looks a little more unsettled. A few showers or storms could develop Saturday afternoon and linger into Sunday as moisture increases and a warm front passes. While it may not be a wash-out, there will be some periods of heavy rain leading to isolated higher rain totals.
By early next week, we’ll hold onto a few spotty rain chances, but otherwise expect partly to mostly sunny skies and highs staying comfortably near 80 degrees.
