Third annual Fallen Oak Collegiate Invitational kicks off

Players in the top golf programs in the nation are teeing off at the third annual Fallen Oak Collegiate Invitational.

Friday marked day one of the tournament with golfers from 14 teams, including hosts Ole Miss, Mississippi State, and Southern Miss, playing on teams with sponsors in a pre-tournament round.

The three-day invitational officially begins Saturday morning at 9:30 and will close out with the final round on Monday morning.

The tournament is free to attend. There will be a food truck, concessions, and jumbotrons will be showing football games all weekend long for a college game day atmosphere.
