City of Pascagoula shares plans for Cruisin’ the Coast

PASCAGOULA, Miss. (WXXV)- The City of Pascagoula announced their plans as Cruisin’ the Coast starts to ramp up.

The streets of the city will start to close on October 9.

Magnolia Street’s closure starts at 9 a.m. Thursday for stage setup. Barricades in the remaining streets will start going up at one that afternoon.

Roads and parking lots in those areas will be closed as soon as barricades go up.

Businesses in Cruisin’ the Coast’s footprint are reminded that employees must move their vehicles outside the area beforehand.

Registered Cruisers can access the barricaded areas starting at 4:30. The Buffett Beach Band starts performing on Magnolia Street from 5:30 to 8:30 that evening.
