9/30 – Dry Tonight; Rain Chance Returns Briefly on Wednesday

Clouds linger tonight with lows around 70, but overall conditions stay quiet. Wednesday brings mostly sunny skies and a warm afternoon high near 87, with only a slim chance for a shower or thunderstorm by the late afternoon. Skies clear again by Wednesday night, and temperatures dip into the upper 60s.
Thursday looks mostly sunny and warm with highs in the mid 80s, though we can expect a slight uptick in rain chances by the afternoon. Winds also pick up from the east around 10 mph, occasionally gusting a little higher into the evening. Friday we’ll see a good mix of clouds and sun with highs in the mid 80s.
As we head into the weekend, rain chances increase a bit more. Saturday brings a 30% chance of showers and storms, mainly after lunch, with highs near 84. A better chance for scattered storms comes Saturday night into Sunday, with more expected through the afternoon and highs only topping out in the low 80s.
The unsettled pattern continues early next week with brief rain chances each day, but plenty of sunshine in between.
