Harrison County Fire Rescue working large brush fire

HARRISON COUNTY, Miss. (WXXV)- We have an update on the brush fire crews are still battling in Harrison County.

The fire is located on Cemetery Road in northwest Harrison County.

Crews have been out fighting this fire since Sunday night.

At noon on Monday, officials say the fire is about 50 percent contained.

No homes are endangered at the moment and the fire is currently limited to a large wooded area.

The cause of the fire is currently under investigation at this time.
