Introducing our WXXV Student Athlete of the Week, Stone High’s Ayden Green!

As a freshman running back last season, Stone high’s Ayden Green turned many heads scoring seven touchdowns and recording 650 yards for the Tomcats. Now in his sophomore season, he’s proving it wasn’t a fluke, scoring three touchdowns and rushing for 273 yards, which is the most on the coast after week one.

Green says he’s gotten faster and stronger in the last year, but he knows nothing would be possible without his outstanding offensive line. When you ask him what motivates him and why he plays the game of football, he instantly thinks of his family.
