High water levels in Long Beach

Flood waters are also spilling across roadways in the City of Long Beach.
This video shows a large section of Canal Road that’s been completely submerged in water. The parking lot to Long Beach High School was also flooded earlier this morning.
As Tropical Storm Cindy steadily dumps rain across the Gulf Coast, residents can expect water levels to continue to rise.
