MEMA press conference on Tropical Storm Cindy

Mississippi Emergency Management Agency held a news conference to discuss Tropical Storm Cindy.
During the meeting, Executive Director Lee Smithson says the concern facing many in the state will be the amount of rain that falls. High winds and storm type weather are not the main threats for many in the state.
MEMA says Cindy is expected to make landfall in western Louisiana Thursday morning. Mississippi will most likely receive heavy rain and flooding.
