Pascagoula four star safety Tylan Wilson commits to Texas A&M

It’s the moment the City of Pascagoula and many Division I football programs have been waiting patiently for! Four star safety Tylan Wilson has officially announced his college commitment. After a three year recruitment journey and 25 Division I offers, one of the top safeties in the nation is calling College Station home.

“I chose Texas A&M because it fit me best. The coaching staff, the head coach, the coordinators, my safety coach is a great safety coach and I feel like I can relate to them a lot,” said Tylan Wilson. “They’re getting a dog. I’m going to go them and get out there and do whatever they need me to and that they ask me to do. I dreamed of this, that’s all I can say. I prayed for this, that’s how it happened. God answered by prayers.”

Now that Wilson has made his decision, all eyes are on his senior season with Pascagoula high school.

“This upcoming season I’m hoping for a State Championship,” Wilson said. “I hope we go to state and win state and bring it back home my last year.”

The Panther’s road to state will officially begin on August 29th. We look forward to cheering on Tylan in the Aggie uniform!
