Humane Society of South MS offering $15 cat adoptions

GULFPORT, Miss. (WXXV)- The Humane Society of South Mississippi says their shelter is bursting with over 400 animals.

To help with the overcrowding, HSSM is offering $15 cat adoptions for the rest of June in honor of Adopt-A-Cat Month.

That excludes the ‘Pay it Forward’ cats.

HSSM says cats help lower stress, help you sleep better, and reduce the risk of heart disease.
