Biloxi Shuckers sweep weekly Southern League honors for the first time since 2019!
For the first time since 2019, the Biloxi Shuckers swept the Southern League Player of the Week honors!
On Monday, Minor League Baseball named Luke Adams the Southern League Player of the Week, and Coleman Crow as the Southern League Pitcher of the Week.
During the home stand against the Montgomery Biscuits, Luke Adams was 8 for 17 at the plate, batting .471 with a double, three home runs and six RBI’s. he also recorded a hit in all five games, and multiple hits in three of those games.
As for Coleman Crow, he tied his season-high, striking out nine batters during six shutout innings. He allowed only one hit and no free bases.
The Biloxi Shuckers will be on the road this week playing the Knoxville smokies. Good luck to the Shuck Nation, and congratulations again to Adams and Crow!
