Traffic reminders ahead of Buc-ee’s opening

HARRISON COUNTY, Miss. (WXXV)- With less than one week to go for the opening of Buc-ee’s in South Mississippi, the Mississippi Highway Patrol is releasing some reminders about travel in the area.

The area of I-10 and Menge Avenue is expected to see a higher traffic flow once the store opens.

Specifically, troopers ask drivers to use extra caution in the area, plan ahead, and stay patient when backups do happen.

There will also be an increased law enforcement presence around Buc-ee’s next week to help facilitate traffic flow.
