River Flooding Concerns

In certain parts of Gulfport and Biloxi, it is hard to see where the Biloxi River ends and the street begins, even as the Biloxi River begins to recede after cresting above flood stage this morning. News 25’s Shelby Myers joins us from the river with the latest.
