6/2 – Sam Parker’s “Summer Like” Monday Night Forecast

Feeling warm and more humid each day with a chance of afternoon rain. Temperatures will be near to slightly above average with highs in the upper 80s and lower 90s across the area. Lows will dip into the lower 70s tonight, but will warm into the mid to upper 70s by the end of the week. An isolated afternoon thunderstorm has low chance of popping up Tuesday as a dry high pressure system remains in control. By Wednesday, the high will move away and a return to the more typical scattered showers and storms and a 30 to 40 percent chance of rain each afternoon will return for the remainder of the week.
