Business leaders gather for 2025 State of the Coast Symposium

BILOXI, Miss. (WXXV) – The Gulf Coast Business Council hosted its 2025 State of the Coast Symposium to deliver a dynamic look at the region’s economic landscape for business professionals across the Mississippi Gulf Coast. 

GCBC President & CEO Jamie Miller provided a comprehensive overview of business trends and performance across Hancock, Harrison, and Jackson counties. Offering key insights into what’s ahead for the Gulf Coast economy in 2025 and beyond.

This year’s keynote speaker was Kevin Popovic, an expert in business innovation, focused on the emergence of Artificial Intelligence and its growing influence in several industries. 

The event honored regional success stories, such as Superior Optical, whose CEO received a special award recognizing the company’s significant growth.
