Keeping oyster reefs public in Mississippi

HARRISON COUNTY, Miss. (WXXV)-Mississippi Commercial Fisheries United has filed a lawsuit in Harrison County to challenge the legality of a move by state lawmakers and the Mississippi Department of Marine Resources to privately lease historic public oyster reefs in the Mississippi Sound.
