Mental Health Association of South Mississippi holds awareness breakfast

D’IBERVILLE, Miss. (WXXXV)- Scarlet Pearl Casino hosted an event today at its steak and seafood restaurant.

The Mental Health Awareness Breakfast was hosted by the Mental Health Association of South Mississippi.

The gathering emphasized the importance of mental health and the need for open conversations about mental wellness.

The event also featured Public Speaker Ricky Johnson, who shared his personal experiences of trials and tribulations throughout his life while also sharing positive advice for mental well-being.
