Harrison Central volleyball standout Morgan Varhol signs to continue her academic and athletic career at the collegiate level
Another day, another south Mississippi student-athlete putting pen-to-paper to continue their academic and athletic careers.
On Wednesday, Harrison Central senior Morgan Varhol let the ink dry on her national letter on intent to continue her volleyball career at the collegiate level while attending Reid State. In addition to her playing career in high school, Varhol played for the south Mississippi club for three seasons. while she is a phenomenal athlete, she has also maintained and 3.83 grade point average throughout high school. After putting pen-to-paper, Varhol spoke about the opportunity she has been given to play at the next level.
“It’s amazing,” Varhol said. “It’s dream fulfilling. I am just so excited to get there and be apart of a bigger team at the collegiate level and a team that will be it’s first year as well.”
