Shuckers Beat Pensacola

A sellout crowd of more than 6,000 at MGM Park witnessed the Biloxi Shuckers pick up a 5-2 win over the Pensacola Blue Wahoos.
Biloxi had a 5-0 lead heading into the final inning. Pensacola was able to score two runs in the 9th inning but was unsuccessful in making a comeback.
The Shuckers became the first team in the Southern League to reach the 10 win mark. They lead the Blue Wahoos by one and a half games in the standings.
The Shuckers next game is set for Thursday night at 6:40 against Pensacola.
