One dead after crash in George County
One person is dead and two are injured following a crash on Highway 98 in George County.
On Sunday, March 16th, highway patrol responded to the crash around 6:45 a.m. A Jeep Loredo was traveling east of Highway 98 when it collided with a freightliner.
The driver of the Loredo, identified as 63-year-old Kihn Chau, received fatal injuries from the crash and was pronounced dead on the scene. The passengers, 18-year-old Dana Chau and 58-year-old Ana Phu, were transported to a local hospital with serious injuries.
The crash remains under investigation by the Mississippi Highway Patrol.
