And during Sunday’s game Mississippi native and NFL legend, Brett Favre, showed off his arm, but not with a football, returning to the coast to throw the first pitch during the Shucker’s Breast Cancer Awareness day game.

Brett’s wife, Deanna Favre, is a breast cancer survivor and works to raise funds for financially disadvantaged women with cancer through the “Favre for Hope” foundation.

The Shuckers partnered with “Favre for Hope” during Sunday’s game to spread awareness and raise even more money for women in need.
