DMV will be open with limited services available

The Driver Service Bureau has released a new update following another day of issues statewide.

The bureau is still experiencing software issues. They announced they will be open today under normal business hours despite expected delays.

Limited services will be available and include firearm permits, identification cards not related to driver’s licenses and court required registry.

Due to longer wait times, those looking to renew a firearm permit are encouraged to do so online.

The Bureau is working to resolve the issue in the meantime.
